Duties:

  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of litigation experience, focusing on all stages of discovery, motion practices, and trial preparations.
  • Prior experience, specifically in class action defense and disability access discrimination claims under the ADA and California state accessibility standards, is preferred.
  • Admission to the California State Bar is required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
