Duties:

  • Advise clients on real estate matters, including residential transactions, commercial leasing, and property acquisitions.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.
  • Conduct legal research and provide detailed analyses related to real estate transactions.
  • Assist with land use approvals, resort development, and condominium formation and management.
  • Support clients with ski-area issues, redevelopment projects, and other specialized real estate needs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, senior attorneys, and legal professionals to deliver exceptional service and strategic solutions.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 4 years of transactional legal experience, with a focus on real estate law preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality legal advice.
  • Experience with negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law, including both residential and commercial matters.
  • Comfortable working on complex, high-value transactions and providing legal guidance to private and high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the state bar where the position is located.
