Duties:

• Handle complex civil litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and motions
• Conduct depositions and prepare for trial
• Engage in motion practice and trial preparation
• Provide strong legal analysis and strategy in defense litigation matters
• Collaborate with legal teams and clients to achieve favorable outcomes

Requirements:

• Experience handling civil litigation, including complex cases
• Strong writing and analytical skills, with a focus on litigation
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in California
• Member in good standing with the California State Bar
