  • Maintain consistent and professional follow-through in all aspects of case management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience handling wage and hour litigation, with a preference for class action defense.
  • In-depth knowledge of California and federal wage and hour laws.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing discovery and managing responses with limited oversight.
  • Proven experience with depositions and discovery-related motions.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
