Duties

• Represent clients in court for hearings, pre-trial conferences, and trials.
• Attend mediations and collaborate with the legal team to strategize case outcomes.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Kansas or Missouri (dual licensure preferred).
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to handle a robust caseload and meet deadlines.
• Interest and willingness to gain expertise in insurance and personal injury law in Kansas and Missouri.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
