Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in a variety of securities disputes, including FINRA arbitrations and related litigation.

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and craft persuasive arguments for court filings and arbitration proceedings.
  • Develop case strategies and collaborate with team members to deliver optimal client outcomes.
  • Represent clients during depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
  • Stay informed of evolving legal standards and trends in securities law and FINRA regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of legal practice, with a strong foundation in civil litigation. Prior experience in securities law or FINRA proceedings is highly desirable.
  • Bar Admission: Active license to practice law in New York.
  • Skills: Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Attributes: A proactive mindset, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
