Duties

• Represent clients in private credit, acquisition finance, and leveraged finance transactions.
• Advise private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and portfolio companies on complex financing structures.
• Manage mid-cap and top-tier financing transactions from inception to closing.
• Work closely within a supportive, collegial team environment.
• Maintain and protect sensitive financial and proprietary information.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance.
• Experience in borrower-side representation, ideally involving private equity sponsors.
• Familiarity with general company-side representation is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the relevant state bar or eligibility for admission in the office location.
