Duties:

• Handle real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
• Advise clients on real estate investment matters and fund structuring
• Assist with securities offerings and related legal matters
• Provide high-quality legal analysis and written communication
• Manage complex legal projects and meet deadlines
• Foster positive client and team relationships
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients
• Prepare legal documents and negotiate terms
• Conduct research and develop strategies for resolving issues
• Participate in internal meetings and client consultations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of real estate experience
• Experience in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
• Familiarity with securities offerings is a plus
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Capacity to work both independently and in a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona
