Class Action Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a Class Action Litigation Associate Attorney for a full-time remote position. The attorney will handle all aspects of litigation, collaborating with a team to develop cases and represent clients in court.

Duties:

• Develop and manage class action cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions
• File motions and handle oral arguments
• Manage discovery processes and take/defend depositions
• Work with experts and represent clients in court

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with clerkship and experience at a top-tier defense or plaintiffs' class action firm
• Strong legal research and motion drafting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top law school
• Superior academic credentials

Certifications:

• Valid license to practice law
