  • Manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in privacy and cybersecurity law, preferably within a law firm or in-house setting.
  • Proven experience with privacy and security obligations, data breach response, and regulatory investigations.
  • Strong background in handling state, federal, and international data security incident notification requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction (e.g., Georgia).
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus.
