Trademark Associate Attorney (Clearance and Prosecution)

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive U.S. and international trademark clearance searches and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Manage the preparation, filing, and prosecution of U.S. and international trademark applications.
• Handle trademark enforcement matters, including drafting cease and desist letters, negotiating settlements, and initiating legal proceedings when necessary.
• Conduct investigations and due diligence related to potential trademark infringements.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on a wide range of trademark-related issues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 4 years of direct trademark experience with a focus on clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
• Proven experience managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios.
