Job Overview: A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Trusts & Estates Litigation team. Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trusts & Estates litigation.
  • Experience in wills, trusts, and estate law.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience drafting legal documents and handling complex litigation matters.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar license in California.

Skills:

  • Expertise in Trusts & Estates litigation.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
  • Experience in trial preparation and courtroom experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment.
