Trusts & Estates Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Represent clients in trusts and estates litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and discovery responses.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients in matters related to trusts and estates disputes.
• Participate in case strategy discussions, trials, and hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and facilitate dispute resolutions.
• Maintain communication with clients and ensure their understanding of the case progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trusts & Estates litigation.
• Experience in wills, trusts, and estate law.
• Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience drafting legal documents and handling complex litigation matters.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in California.

Skills:

• Expertise in Trusts & Estates litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
• Experience in trial preparation and courtroom experience.
