IP Firm Opens Up ''Grid Industry'' Practice Group
Intellectual property firm, Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox, have created what they are calling a “grid industry'' practice group. The group will aid innovators seeking to regulate energy use through digital technologies. Essentially, it wants to turn the power grid into a “smart grid.''
Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox, based in Washington D.C., was founded in 1978 and is comprised of 90 patent attorneys, and 285 other employees, including agents and technical specialists.
