Chicago law firm Wildman Harrold in merger talks
There are merger talks ongoing between Edwards Angel Palmer & Dodge and Wildman, Harrold, Alen & Dixon. Firms in joint statement revealed that there is no final deal and no formal agreement has taken place. They are in this discussion since early 2011. ''Both of the legacy firms would bring complementary strengths and clients to a new enterprise,'' the statement said. There will be 650 attorneys in newly merged firm if both the firms succeed in final deal.
