I really liked [BCG's] dashboard. I could see the firms I applied to, where I got interviews and so on. Lynn was an exceptional recruiter! She really helped me prepare for my interviews and also advised me on my resume. Her advice was instrumental in me getting the job. I work full time so it is hard to balance that with a job search. Working with BCG made the process more streamlined. Basically I submitted my resume to Lynn and based on my conversation with her and my resume she created my cover letter and my application to the different firms so I gave her a data dump of my experiences and she packaged it to each firm based on their own criteria's.

My legal placement professional was friendly and responsive and seemed to really know the market and understood what I was looking for. The process was very easy as BCG did all the leg work for me.

It was a very realistic process and that was very important in making decisions. BCG's interface is great to deal with and Annie was incredible to deal with! It was really helpful to have someone guide me through the process and be the go between, not just to establish the initial discussion with the firm, but to be the one to ask about different aspects of the role/firm. It gives me a buffer, and it doesn't look like I am the one asking. The whole process of communicating to the firms through Annie was very valuable. The technological tools you have are really great. Very efficient and informative. It was a great outcome! The place I am with is great and I am very happy with it. It is a good long term placement. For my search I was contacted by other recruiting companies but [BCG] had the lead up on everything.

It really seemed like my legal placement professional and BCG had a plan and were willing to work the problem. I had contacted other recruiters but I would very quickly get back a "No, there isn't really anything out there" whereas with my legal placement professional and BCG there was initially a long list of stuff. It was more of a "well, you may not be exactly the description they are looking for but a lot of times when people see a certain resume they want to talk to you." She was always very pleasant to talk to and seemed to have a good plan and moving forward. She seemed to be on top of a number of possibilities to at least explore, which was a lot better than any other search firm that I have contacted. It felt like progress was always being made.The online portal [made my job search easier] and also she gave me advice and we discuss things about my resume, which I thought was very helpful and gave me pointers from her perspective. It seemed like she vetted a lot of the firms first and then would give me the listing of firms and ask me to go through them. It wasn't a narrow focus and more of a broad focus and saying we have these number of firms, maybe you don't fit exactly what they are looking for but she would forward my information to them anyway because sometimes getting your resume sparks an idea or maybe they start thinking that maybe this person would fit. I think that is actually what happened with the firm where I landed, quite frankly. They hadn't even officially started advertising for a position and they got my resume it fit something else they thought would be a really good fit for them.my legal placement professional was a very easy person to work with. She offered great advice and wouldn't over inflate advice she was getting. She would tread the line between being hopeful and realistic. The products that BCG offered really seemed to be advantageous and very helpful. If I ever hear of another friend that is looking to make a move to another state or make a transition, the first place that I will point them is with my legal placement professional and BCG . Ya'll seem to really have developed an effective system. Q. Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's? A. I have worked with a few and as far as effectiveness I would definitely put you at the top!

I appreciated the online portal. I worked with other recruiters and a lot of communication was done over email, including gathering a list of firms that I wanted to apply to. I appreciate that BCG had an official portal that I could clearly what was submitted, the date, and the result - that is one of the main things that stuck out to me. [BCG] provided opportunities that I would not have found out about. I was looking in a completely new market that I had no connections or experience with. The firm I am going to, I had never heard of them before and in doing my own research prior to working with Annie they weren't popping up on any of the lists that I was pulling. Most of the firms that she did send me, weren't popping up either. In terms of communication and following up and helping me with interviews, I would say it was pretty on par. The only difference with BCG and the other firm is that your firm has more online structure as opposed to working with a smaller recruiter, we communicated a lot via email re: the results of firms. The experience was great for me on both ends. I really appreciated working with a small recruiter as well as with BCG and Annie.

Annie was great to worth with! She was energetic and encouraging. She was very responsive. I was a little antsy through periods of the job search, both from waiting and being antsy generally about what I wanted to do for work.
