[The] status update was helpful to have, and you were pretty accessible over the phone. Carleen was really easy to work with which was great. You guys did most of it [my job search] for me so that was helpful. [I also] like[d] the constant updates with firms and not having to look too much at positions. I would describe you guys as provid[ing] a pretty broad search for us ... you guys are connected with a lot of different firms.

[My favorite thing about BCG was] the communication, with everyone working together across markets and communicating with me as well...I mainly worked with my legal placement professional and she was very on top of everything. She was also very helpful and knowledgeable with interviews and knowing the process, so she helped me a lot with that...it was very responsive [and] took a lot of the time off my hands. Communicating with the firms and also handling some of the awkward conversation situations, being that middle person really helped [made my job search easier]. [The words that come to mind when I think of BCG are] friendly, professional, and top tier. I've worked with several recruiters and overall BCG was just much better. Based on the recruiting companies that I worked with I would say [you are] number one. And I've worked with someone at Parker Lynch, Wegman, and then a couple of other solo people. Each for different reasons, I think BCG was the best. [BCG] was very friendly and knowledgeable and responsive. They have good connections to the firms and a good brand for getting you out there and working for different firms to get you where you want to be.

Besides the fact that I got the job, the recruiter I worked with was friendly. You guys are worth paying attention to.

My recruiter helped me achieve my life-long goal of working in a big law firm. When every recruiter I spoke to said ""no- you do not have the pedigree"" or ""your book of business is not big enough,"" she saw in me what my current employer did- a tenacious attorney with the motivation to succeed if given the chance.Right from the onset, she was the only one who invested time in talking to me, getting to know me and my work, and really believed in my expertise. She focused on my work, clients, and personality, rather than my law school. And soon, following my association with my recruiter I had numerous interviews with large firms. These were the same large firms that other recruiters said my credentials were not suitable for application. I am now working at a top AM Law 100 firm running my own practice group! My recruiter was very patient with me since I was unfamiliar with the ""big firm"" process. She talked to me almost daily about my interviews and expectations. Through her persistence and relationships, she even got me an interview at a firm which initially passed and ultimately turned into a strong contender. What else can I say? She made what everyone else said was impossible - possible. She is an invaluable resource for people like me, who are hard working but don't have the pedigree to be recognized on our merit alone. Thank you.

A recruiter in the Chicago office found me my job. She was very helpful, she was very responsive and she got results. I had a resume that was a little non-traditional since I had moved a few times. I don't know what she did, but she got results. She also set up interview coaching sessions with me. She did a lot of the leg work. I never had to follow up with her to see the status or anything, as she kept me regularly up to date. It was about three weeks between the time I was working with her and the time I got a job. It wasn't a long drawn out process. I found my recruiter to be very professional, effective, and legitimate. Maybe a better word is actually knowledgeable. She called me, she understood what she was selling, and she understood the process really well. I think she handled it like a pro. I would rank BCG as the top recruiting company. I would recommend you guys wholeheartedly.

My legal placement professional really helped streamline what can be a very overwhelming process and made it very simple to navigate. Karen did everything, the took care of all of the details so I could focus on identifying opportunities that she provided me with. I would rank BCG higher than other recruiting firms I have worked with.

My favorite thing about my legal placement professional was that she was extremely responsive through the entire process. She thought of creative ideas to get me into firms or get opportunities at firms, even during a pandemic. I really liked her and her approach. I have been a recruiter before and she did everything I would have done, if not better. She helped me prepare for interviews, she was just like my friend. We talked about stress eating cookies and things like that, it was funny. We had a really great time and I loved her so much. She did 100% of the work. She did inquires at law firms, and made the process more fun and seemed to understand me and what I was going through as a job searcher. The automated system was great, but sometimes it got annoying, so she would vet that for me. It seemed like it was it was personalized to me and what I was looking for. I was feeling a little down being a 2019er and losing my job and she made me feel like I was a great candidate or a great option and she gave me a lot more confidence going into interviews and things like that. I would rank BCG Attorney Search a 10! Right up there. I did talk to a couple of other recruiters in Seattle, and they sort of just let me down, like they didn't really try hard and didn't seem to think I was worth something, but she made me feel like I was worth something and kept working for me even when I said I was done and took another job in another state, she found me my dream job!

My legal placement professional was great. She sort of quartered back the whole process for me and made it easy. As a lateral, I didn't have time do to do the research, write all the materials, submit them, and coordinate interviews. So just having her as the point person was awesome. I've recommended you to several of my peers. You make the process easier; you seem to have your finger on the pulse in terms of where there's a need; and in my case, were willing to move quickly to make the transition work.

Basically, I didn't have to do anything until I got the job offer. I never had to check in, she would check in with me and she always worked around my schedule if I was really busy. It made it possible for me to look for and get a new job while working full time and being busy with my other job. My legal placement professional did a really good job at editing my materials that I sent in and giving me ideas on them, which usually others just edited grammar and such on them.Q.Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's?A.You check in more often, which is really nice. She also checked in with the firm's more often, she kept checking in with the hiring partners to give me updates and I hadn't seen that before. Usually recruiters told me that they had to wait 14 days and she didn't.
