I guess the emails I got with the job opportunities. Found options I wouldn't have found myself.
Average, I am trying to think. The experience wasn't much, as I didn't speak to anyone. They consistently sent job opportunities for me to review.

My favorite thing about working with BCG was the proactive approach. They didn't just go after listed opportunities, but actually solicited with firms that hadn't published opportunities yet.Working with BCG made my job search easier because they submitted my resume, and the weekly status reports were helpful updates.The first three things that come to mind when I think of BCG are professional, comprehensive, and user friendly.You are the best recruiting company I have worked with.I would describe you to a peer as very helpful and I would recommend your firm.

She was very transparent with me which was helpful. No BS. BCG has its finger on the pulse of the job market. There were a lot of jobs we applied for that I didn't find on any other job forums. It was a great experience. I would definitely return and use BCG and Carolina in the future.

Q. Where would we rank amongst other recruiting company's?

A. BCG was the primary recruiting service I used and I would definitely rank them the highest as well.

She was really good about sending me opportunities as they became available. The openings and firms that were sent to me were some that I wouldn't have likely found on my own. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend my legal placement professional.

The cover letter, that the people I was working with drafted, I thought it was very thoughtful, and I appreciate the level of detail. Another thing I certainly appreciated during my experience working with BCG, is the amount of applications that the recruiter had been sending out on a daily basis. The volume of work that was done to help me secure position, definitely appreciated. It was easier because it took all of the leg work out of the equation for me, and to not have to research listings. To actually go through the process of submitting a formal application can be obviously very time consuming. Also had someone who could help me negotiate compensation packages, be the middleman, and take the awkwardness involved out of the situation in a very seamless, almost effortless experience for me. On a scale of zero to 10, I'd probably put it at 8.5, because prior to working with BCG, I did speak with several other recruiting agencies, and in the beginning, they would be very active and follow up timely, then very quickly the relationship would disintegrate and then I would never hear from them, so I guess compared to that, I would give it at at least an 8.5.

My legal placement professional was very responsive and it seemed like she was very frank and up front about the market and what was available and what wasn't, what was realistic and what was not and I really appreciated getting the summaries each week. My legal placement professional did everything except the interview, so she did the whole job search for me. BCG got me a job, so I'd say you're #1.

BCG recruiters have participated in a number of Northwestern Law career programs, including our Mock Interview Program and our Market Series, which introduces students to different legal markets around the country. We have been extremely pleased with the recruiters from BCG who have generously given of their time to help students in their career planning. We have received excellent feedback from students about the recruiters and the programs they have presented. We're looking forward to working with BCG on future programs.

I think you guys are really responsive. I mainly worked with two recruiters at BCG and they were both really responsive and I felt like they really cared about my situation and the best fit. They were very pleasant to work with; it wasn't tedious to be on the phone with them. Working with BCG made my job search easier because I did not have to apply to anything on my own.

The first words that come to mind when I think of BCG are fast and reliable. I have already referred people to BCG.
