"What other jobs can an attorney do in a law firm, besides legal recruiting coordinator?"
A lot of times attorneys will go into HR, but they'll also go into roles like, for example a COO type role, doing other types of executive leadership. They can do marketing, marketing's a big one, so a lot of times they'll do marketing. Sometimes attorneys will even want to be paralegals. You can do that as well. You can do schedulings; a lot of times they will do scheduling type roles. Many times you can do practice area specialists. So many times we'll have them write guides for different practice areas and so forth for their attorneys.
And then other roles that they'll sometimes do are, they'll have business development specialists. So they'll have people that are responsible for developing business. And the business development specialists, by the way, are actually pretty good jobs. I've seen people make a lot of money doing that. And a lot of times it's just writing proposals and that sort of thing, those actually can be very good jobs inside of a law firm.
