Junior attorneys don't have experience writing briefs for the court. So they will turn in memos and things that they've done about different issues.
That's okay. That's what's expected. If you're a law student, people will often turn in new court documents, briefs, and so forth. Then, newer attorneys with the memos. That's what happens when you're a new attorney and then after, one to maybe two years, people will turn in, motions, briefs, things along those lines where they sign.
So, those are the most common ones that people use.
