How To Be Admitted Overseas
[00:00:00] What countries will allow law graduates to practice with their JD and no bar license if they choose to relocate overseas?
Typically, if you're working overseas, the law from overseas will want you to be admitted somewhere. They'll want you to have some sort of a mission. So the reason that law firms in London hire attorneys from the US is typically because they understand finance, or they have some sort of a bar.
I don't know that you can just relocate overseas with no higher license and work there. Typically, if you're working, you're going to need some sort of bar license. And many times it's not too hard to get admitted to far countries, too. So that's another thing.
