Why You Must Commit To Your Decisions [00:00:00] I received several offers during pre-OCI and I've accepted one but it was a close call between that firm and another one. The one I declined emailed me today to let me know that I would be welcome to reapply if I wanted to be reconsidered for an associate position. Has anyone ever done this? Would that firm give me priority in a future application? I'm happy with my decision but I'm curious. I think that they probably has a file for you. The better firms are always very confident. They don't really care if you take another offer. I don't think there's anything wrong with that. So that's good. If the firm asked you to reapply, then that's a nice thing. It may just be a form letter. But I would I think that's a nice thing. It's probably not something they say to everyone. You probably would get priority in a future application. But what I would do is I think you just need to commit to whatever decision you made and and probably forget about this firm and do the best you can wherever you're going and just, manifest a good future there as opposed to something else.
