What's the Climate for Corporate Women Lawyers
[00:00:00] Is it a career for women, in terms of gender bias. How do they get a good position in a law firm?
There are lots of very well-known and very good corporate women lawyers. And there's a demand for corporate lawyers in law firms, leaders of companies and women in general councils and lots of women inside of companies that take business from. Being a woman corporate attorney is a great idea.
I've definitely heard about gender bias but I do know that if you find the right firm, you'll do very well. And, in all areas of society right now, there really is a push to diversify the ranks of attorneys. Whether it's it's women in corporate law or in terms of the diversity and allow different groups of people to get ahead without bias.
I think it's a great point and you have a chance of getting ahead.
