What Age Do Most Lawyers Make Partner
[00:00:00] At what age do most lawyers make partner?
It depends on the firm. Different law firms have different levels of experience.
It's an experience issue. It's, but typically smaller law firms, it could be anywhere from five to eight years, and then the larger law firms have a lot more bargaining power. So larger law firms typically string you along pretty much as long as they want. It could be anywhere from eight to 10 years or it could even be longer.
For non-equity positions, s me firms will do it after four years. Some firms will do it after, four years or five years for doing a good job.
But it depends on the firm.
