Why Nine Out of Ten of People We Work With Today are People that We Initially Couldn't Work With

I don't reject anyone. The majority of people I work with are people that we couldn't work with initially. The majority of attorneys I work with are people I couldn't work with initially. If people come back and they reapply, then we'll work with them most of the time, but we'll find them too.
There are all these practice areas that didn't use to be marketable that are marketable now.

We place small towns. It used to be Marketo.
We place people in trust in the states. Every practice area you can think of.
Personal injury.
These areas didn't used to be marketable and now they are.
We've worked with people in place them all the time after they submit the resumes. As a matter of fact, it's almost on a daily basis. I would say nine out of 10 of the people that we work with are people that we do not work with.
