Where to Find Firms that Do Not Have Openings and Your Approach When Applying Speaker 1:[00:00:00] How do we go about applying to firms that do not have openings?
That's a great question. The only way you do that is you just research them. You go into directories, you go into lists, you do research on Google, directories, lists, Google and all sorts of ways, all sorts of ways to find jobs. That's it. When you look you constantly work at the places. You look for different sources, and then you just apply.
Firms do not need to have an opening for you to apply. The best way to apply to firms is to basically make sure that they're doing the type of work that you do and to search for them, and then just apply to them. Most of them will list the human resources on their website. If they don't, just apply to a named partner or something like that. That's it and that's really the thing.
It's a lot of work to get an interview and to get a job. My big piece of advice is to really knock on a lot of doors. No question in particular. I just thank you for thanking me. I appreciate it.
