When hiring for a role that most people would be considered boring as a document review. Is enthusiasm important? I would think anybody showing for a boring job is just faking it. What are your thoughts?
Yeah, I think that if someone's looking for a position doing something like document review then you know, they may not come across as that enthusiastic, but you may notice that they've been doing that for a while. This presentation was geared towards talking about people that are likely to do well.
And in, in long-term type positions dueling as attorneys. And so document review first can be an attorney, but many times people doing those sorts of jobs the hiring standards can be a lot different.
