To maintain a good life balance, all you need to do is you need to have priorities.
Priorities are if you want to exercise each day, instead of going out to lunch, you exercise during lunch and then come back, and maybe you do lunch at your desk while you're working or something.
You figure out a way, or maybe you get up early, but you can have an excellent work-life balance. Good life, work-life balance for some people, the reason that kind of has a bad connotation. Many attorneys say that it just means they don't want to work. But if you want to work, having a good work-life balance with social activities and other things will make you much more effective.
As an attorney, you should strive to do that because you need to protect your physical and your mental health to do as well as in your job.
