The biggest thing would be to be aware of all this and understand that what you put into your body does affect your energy levels and those sorts of related things.
But even though I think some of the healthiest food is found in New York and the biggest cities like Los Angeles, you can often find many of the most healthy diets there. Even in Carryouts and even 7-Eleven, a lot of times, has fruits. But understanding kind of what a healthy diet is is essential.
Again, I'm not a health expert, but I think one of the biggest things that hurt people is sugar, and, for a lot of people, a meat's been linked to it. It's not maybe the meat that hurts them, but the hormones and things that are in meat as linked to things. So just trying to be careful with that.
