Okay. So mental health, and again, I'm not an expert in mental health. I think in terms of mental health, there are different aspects of it.
Most of the time, I've noticed the most successful approaches to mental health and most of the happiest people. It's only sometimes related to whatever type of deficiencies. I think a lot of it is due to people's need to be around others. To be happy and have other people to talk to and share with and learn lessons from others and that sort of thing.
It's the same thing that most types of recovery groups do, whether it's like AA or groups for people that have suffered accidents and other things. It's all about having a support network, which I think people traditionally would get from their families and communities.
So I think if you feel like you're suffering a lot of times, one of the best things to do is figure out how to be around other people.
