So I think that the answer to that is yes. I think that lifestyle law firms are much more beneficial, and people are often much happier in them. One thing I do notice is that in smaller markets, attorneys have a lot less turnover compared to large markets.
There's a lot less turnover in smaller markets where people or the hours are better, and people aren't working as hard. I think people tend to be happier in the long run and able to maintain everyday life. When you get into these sizeable industrial law firms, which are responding to large companies' needs, things are a little bit different.
But I think there are lifestyle firms, most of the time, they're going to be outside. They are also in major markets, but a lot when you get outside of major markets. Many of the firms are lifestyle firms compared to major markets. I think that they can be more beneficial.
