In this Q&A clip, Harrison discusses the qualities that lifestyle firms seek in a lawyer. He explains that these firms are looking for the best attorneys they can find and will hire individuals who may not typically work for a firm of that size or pay scale.
These firms often attract lawyers with the idea of a "lifestyle" law firm and emphasize the individual's law firm and experience. Additionally, Harrison notes that the law school attended is only sometimes the most important factor.
