In a recent Q&A clip, Harrison shared six crucial interview questions that every job seeker should be prepared to answer.
These questions relate to issues that can impact your career, such as why you're leaving your current job or not getting hired.
The questions include whether you can do the job, how you answer where else you're interviewing, if you can be managed, why you're leaving, if you want the job, and if you're a good cultural fit.
Knowing how to answer these questions can increase your chances of landing the job and showing that you're committed to the company.

In relation to this topic, I'd go over this every week, but these six questions are just so crucial for interviewers. When people are interviewing you, and it's related to every issue you ever have in your career, whether it's about why you're getting fired or not getting hired, everything comes down to these six questions.
But can you do the job? That's fine; that's your resume. Everything on your resume answers that. This is an interview, so how do you answer where else you're interviewing? Can you be managed? Pretty much that's an interview question. Why are you leaving? Do you want the job? Are you a good cultural fit? Also, interview. And then do we like you also interview. Now, some of the stuff isn't necessarily in your interview, but if people believe that you're interviewing with more prominent firms and they're a smaller firm, that may show that you're not going to do a job long term.
Suppose you know how you answer questions about why you're leaving; that also, then. Do you want the job? Does someone want to work there? Are you a good cultural fit and all this stuff? So if you people believe you want to work there, that will also be helpful.
