If you're out of work, just say the firm's laid all these people off. There have been many headlines, of course, in the past weeks.
There's a lot of ways to explain you're out of work and this is a big question. You could say things like the law firm that's entirely out of corporate work. There are different things you could say. Law firms don't like to hire people. I've talked about this a lot in previous webinars, but they prefer to hire laid-off people.
So it would be best if you were very careful about that. You want to make sure that anything you say about being laid off and that sort of thing is careful.
