Law firms interviewing over lunch want to get to know you in a more casual setting and see how you conduct yourself.
They also want to see if they like you and how they relate to you, and if you are a good cultural fit.

Absolutely. If a law firm is interviewing you over lunch as opposed to in their offices, that means they want to get to know you in a more casual setting. See how you conduct yourself there. It also means they wanna see if they like you and how they relate to you. Those sorts of interviews are nicer because people often will bring up things about their family and they'll reveal stuff about themselves.
Personally, yes, it is definitely a great sign. As a matter of fact, that means if you look at these things, do we like you are your good cultural fit? You know, that those are all the things that they're keen at. Yeah, lunch is a very good sign.
Anytime a law firm wants to meet you at lunch instead of something else, that's a great sign.
