The best way to do that is to make it look like you're committed to working in a law firm. Your other interest does not take precedence over that; sometimes, when they need to be more manageable, people will start talking about things that make it look like they must be committed to working in a law firm.
They'll talk about entrepreneurial activities. We'll talk about other things outside of what the law firm is trying to hire them to do. If that's the case, you will look like you need to be more manageable or have an extreme entrepreneurial interest. So you've had past entrepreneurial interest, or you've been in leadership roles, like as general counsel of a company. Now, you want to work in a law firm where you'll take orders from people like all sorts of things, make it look like you need to be more manageable, or you've done all these side entrepreneurial ventures.
I think we saw a lot of resumes today of people that probably look like they're not manageable, and because of those reasons, that's the biggest thing that I would recommend just to remove that stuff.
