Culture is based on a lot of different things. A lot goes into the cultural fit of potential attorney on their resume. What are the resumes of the people in the law firm you're applying to look like? What does that mean? It means, what are their activities? What interests are reflected?
What are the schools? Some law firms may brag about pro bono. And if that's the case, that would be a cultural fit that might benefit you.
